Yeah, midnight is as light as midday.
Also in vice versa, in the winter time midday is as dark
as midnight : D
Finland's summers are really ligh~

yeah, tough I kinda take it for granted ^^'
I feel like I would totally melt in your summer and be totally useless : D
It's been a good summer for me so far, the temperatures are around
57-68 F and it rains a lot, which I like (I just hope we would get some
thunderstorms)

This summer has been really above average heat-wise so far, the past couple of days it's been around 112 Fahrenheit (44 celsius). It's been sunny, hot, and dry as a bone outside, but we are supposed to get some big thunderstorms the remainder of this week (the weather has even cooled down to 32 celsius (90 fahrenheit) which is nice. But when I go to the beach for the Fourth of July I hope it's up in the 100's again so I can swim the whole time and not get chilly from stray sea breezes when I get out of the water and so I can work up a sweat when I go walking...though one cool day or two would be ideal for kayaking and building huge sandcastles).

But right now I'm really anticipating theses thunderstorms :>

One again I notice how lazy I am at writing answers~
(I'm sorry but also promise to always answer at some time : D)

I listened to the news a few days ago and they told that this summer has
been the warmest in 130 years (or something) in everywhere but Finland,
Norway and Sweden. And yeah the weather has been mostly around 15 C (59 F)
in Kuopio, which is perfect for me. It has also been quite rainy. There was one weekend
when it was around 30 C (86 F) but that's about it. (Fun fact: most Finns [or at least the ones
who say their opinions outloud] like the weather to be as warm as possible are not quite

Also I was in Lapland/Northern Norway for a week and the temperatures there were around
9 to 12 C (or 48 to 54 F), it was super refreshing! And a great weather for walking in national parks.
In June some places even had temperatures below zero celsius (32 F) btw.

The only annoyin thing is that I haven't seen a good thunderstom :I

That weather seems really pleasant! Except the below freezing weather omg I could not do that in summer. I like extreme hot and I like extreme cold but I also really like for them to stay in their designated seasons :'D

SAME HERE. Most of the thunderstorm's we've gotten have been very early morning and I've been asleep x.x And the other ones didn't last very long. I want one that lasts a while so I can enjoy it.

Yesterday was a great summer day though! I got together with some friends and we had a pool party from 1 pm to 7 pm. It was hot and sunny all day and since it was my friend's pool we could go get popsicles in the pool house all throughout the afternoon and then her mom brought us sliced watermelon and pizza. It was really a lot of fun :>
