Lila isn't a Miraculous holder. When Lila looked at the book, she notice the fox miraculous and buys a necklace similar to the Fox miraculous.
To me, Lila story has yet to finish so maybe she will come back in season 2. I think her and Chloe will get a redemption arc. Before you call Lia, a bitch remembers it was Ladybug who made Lila into Volpina similar to Cat Noir turning Theo into Copycat. Envy got the best of them when their love interest is involved. If Lila does become the Fox holder, I think she will be spiteful and giving a cold shoulder to Ladybug because she was rude to her. It might take a while for Lila to trust Ladybug if she does become the fox holder Lila to me she was a fangirl and wanted to be a hero like Ladybug similar to Chloe.

If you analyze Lila a bit she new to the school and new to the country. Chole doesnt give a crap how people feel..Lila just want people adore her ,because shes new. Maybe Lila has lower confidence compare to Chole. I dont think her feelings for Adrien were genuine. Lila may come back in seasond 2. We to analyze her chacter a bit before we hate her aftet her debut.
