Roy's team is Roy's family. There's the no changes in Roy's team, just his girlfriend, Akame and his parents, Lyn and Eliwood. Now you might be asking, "How Roy's family get involved in a battle from multiple worlds?". The answer is simple, somebody is going to tell Roy and his family about what is happening.
