Fursuiting and creating them is making artΒ
not only are they fun to create despite the effort, I plan to go to conventions in my suit( or a new one)! To bring people joy, to show off my character, to have fun. ( I have no interest in the whole.. sex fursuiting community and as said below, it is frowned upon and those individuals are normally not put into the same category as other " furries". It's a completely different thing to the people like me who just enjoy being happy and having fun ) Β im not even really a furry just.. enjoy what I do I guess? Hopefully this is slightly informative!Β

Sex in fursuits is something that's quite rare in the fandom, and it's usually frowned upon anyway. Like, could you imagine how much it'd ruin a suit over time? And if that suit cost you $2000 you most certainly don't want to ruin it.Β
Plus furries use their suits at conventions, meet ups, photo shoots and they often also use them at charity events to raise money too.Β
I know they're not everyone's cup of tea, but saying "why bother" is like looking at a detailed drawing that took hours and saying to the artist "why bother?", you get me?Β

Oh hun, you know much much less than the average person. Furries in specific don't have "infamous orgies"- I have noo fucking clue what you're talking about. People create fursuits to have fun, and what theΒ individual's idea of fun doesn't matter, as long as they aren't hurting anyone. People create these to wear them at conventions n stuff, and sometimes for photography. And sometimes, just wear them by themselves I suppose, because it's fun. Because why not?
