Bio:

Fowler once lived in one of the 9 habitable moons of the hurricane planet, Cumulon. A hostile weather planet in its system. The skies in Cumulon are nothing but endless hurricanes and deadly thunderstorms. Hundreds of years ago, his people struggled to survive the deadly conditions of the planet’s climate. They once live in caves hiding from their natural predators, The Vortyphoons, sentient storms that sucks away the oxygen from its prey until suffocation then using its wind currents to tear its food like a blender absorbing it into its mass. As more and more Cumulosians grew tired of their lifestyle of flying away from their predators and hiding, the oldest of their kind convinced them all to train into a militaristic lifestyle to escape their planet and live in one of the moons. After they learned to develop their own aerokinetic abilities, early all of them escaped fighting off the deadly storm and made it to the moon, Stratoroid V. By the time Fowler was born, many of his kind already colonized all of Cumulon’s moons and became a thriving society after escaping extinction. When Fowler was old enough, he founded the first Thunderbolts Brigade, one of the first law enforcement in his sector. Fowler Max Harmonic in his earlier years with the plumbers. After witnessing his courage and heroism, he was honored to join the Thunderbolts with the Plumbers.

[Powers/Abilities]

Aeroknesis - Fowler uses the drag force from the wings on his forearms to create powerful air pockets and pressure to make it as if he’s firing wind from his hands.

Enhanced Speed - Fowler use the wings on his ankles for additional thrust, making him move 500 mph in 2 seconds.

Flight - The wings on his back makes him capable of flight.

Oxygen/Air Absorption - The more air and oxygen his body absorbs, the stronger and faster he gets.

Muscle Growth - Fowler’s species is capable of storing oxygen into their muscles as if they’re in their prime.

Space Survivability - Unlike humans, Cumulosians have 2 pair of lungs. After inhaling a significant amount of Oxygen, they can survive through space for more than 12 hours.

Enhanced Strength - Cumulosians are capable of lifting up to 200 pounds and up to triple the amount after absorbing enough air and oxygen into their bodies.

Weaknesses:

Oxygen Overload: If Fowler absorbs too much air and oxygen his power would be overcharged 10 fold, causing too much strain to his body and slowly bleeding out until he releases all the air inside of him.

Exhaustion/Fatigue: If Fowler uses up too much air and oxygen, his body will lose all his strength and become extremely tired.
