Description
Del was built in 1991 for the PNR (Philippine National Railways).
He ran until 2001 when he was taken out of service. RL bought him shortly after as a "spares" loco for the ex IR U15C fleet that was "supposed" to arrive that year. Nothing came of this...
Del was put into service on freight and short shunting works on Sodor.

(Timeline)
2001: Del Arrived at Southchester ICTSI docks.
2002: He was put into service at Tidmouth.
2006: He was transferred to Toton as the depot shunter.
2011: He was moved over to Nine Elms for Olympic traffic. He was also fitted with head end power that year.
2013: Del was moved to Camden for works trains. And then overhauled at Eastleigh.
2014: Del was later replaced by Sid, and moved to Cherbourg.
2015: He was moved his current depot of Bedworth in Southchester.
2017: He is fitted with RCL.
2024: Del is often seen shunting or hauling freight. He can do passenger work when needed.
