PERSONALITY:

OVERVIEW: CALM - STRONG-MINDED - SOCIAL

Basic: Very trusting and social towards people, Maggi boasts a colorful personality. He loves meeting new people and seeing new things, and due to his calm nature, he's very easy to keep attentive and listening. A serial blanket thief and pocket checker, he's always looking for things from people and from other horses, but SCS supposes he'll grow out of his roguish habits before he gets too old. Though strong minded and rather dominant in a herd setting, he's still a perfect gentleman in ground manners, and loves to make friends wherever he goes. Hopefully, in time, he'll grow to be a steady, well-rounded dressage youngster to have on the property.

Quirks:
Steals. Often. always check your pockets once you've seen him!
Has a penchant for going for the ears in scuffles. When someone turns up with a nip, it's sure to have been Maggi getting a little too rough in his playfighting.
Began life very small and fragile... will grow up over time to be a well-muscled BEAST. But, um, in time. Lots of time. Definitely a late bloomer.

History: As part of Cyus's ongoing quest to build up SCS's reputation and get their bloodlines more advanced, he came across a series of advertisements for a breed in Australia offering a futurity event. Interested, he began to seek out breedings between well-mannered and well-built horses. Though Maggi's own dam and sire are rather average, Cyus had a good feeling about what he saw in them. When the foal came out as it did, he was even more pleased, and despite the mild weakness, had the colt shipped to SCS as soon as he was weaned as a gift for one of his riders to take on.
