Description Pigeon Point Lighthouse
On California Highway 1, 20 miles south of Half Moon Bay and 27 miles north of Santa Cruz.

This is a result of layering, adjusting, brushing and erasing in PS Elements 9
Duplicated photo and layered.
Adjusted Levels, Brightness, Saturation and Contrast
Layered a Cloud photo over Lighthouse and reduced opacity to 30%
Used various size and low opacity erasers to blend for effect.
Used soft brush to layer light glow and erased to blend.
Dodged and Burned shadows, highlights & light beam
