That thing she's looking at looks like something a glass artist would make if he had nothing to do. That would take a lot of breathing and heat... probably.

Ha ha I was at a glass museum in New York before and I saw them demonstrate how to make one of those things and it did take a lot of heat to get it finished. Even from where I was standing!
