Now this is the cutest piece of art I've seen today, and I've seen kittens. I love that expression, and the blush! I also love the background, how you've added the red spots. It ties the entire piece together.

To the things you can improve. Add shadows! This will give the piece more depth, and make it more realistic and interesting to look at. You don't need very much, one layer of cell shading would already improve it massively.

But that's about the only thing I can think of... This is really well done! Continue like this!
