VOLLA. I haven't summited many adopts lately, or at all. x) I've been playing a lot of skyrim lately. So uh. The species might possible resemble or have dragon characterstics... xD

The Vexan is an Equine breed, created with the soul of dragons. They’re rare creatures, with a very low population.

Description
A Vexan’s weight can vary from 1,900 to 3,200 pounds. They are cousins of the Draft horse, but with bodies twice as big, and twice as tall. Height varies from 17 1/2 hands to 28 hands.Vexan’s colour pattern’s are unique and not specific. Common colours are brown, black, grey, and palmino based. Rarest are white, black, and patches/Paints/Pinto colours) with variations of different colours markings. They have similar body structures to the breeds of Belgians, Fresians and Sable island horses. Keyword, Similar They have thicker, and rounder heads, with powerful thick legs. Vexans are born with Dragon bone, or “Armour” Made out of Dragon bones. This armor is un-removable. Think of the bone as part of their skin. Each Vexan has a dragon mask, if nothing else. Vexans can be loaded with Dragon bone, wraped around their back, their legs, necks, etc. The more bone, the more rank or superior they are compared to others. Some vexans are born almost naked with the mask a lone, and/or maybe a boned tail or a bone here and there.

History
Not much known history on these creatures besides rumors on how they’re dragon souls became. There is a story about a young foal,with a name of Vexan, a sacrifice from the humans, was to be burned in the ocean, in belief it would warm the ocean goddess. Wrapped in leaves and placed on a a large row of logs, high above the water, more than enough to hold it’s body, they placed him upon the raft, and tied him down. He could not move, he could not breathe. It is said as they set the raft on fire, the whinnies of the poor soul pierced the heavens. A Dragon, black as night watched as the colt withered in pain. The dragon flew into the water, the ocean’s waters flying hundreds of feet into the air, drowning nearby humans as the dragon’s large jaws opened, and swallowed the colt whole. The dragon was old, and frail, the last of his kind. He knew he was to die soon. He could feel the colts beating heart slow, matching his. To the colt the dragon’s stomach was huge. To the dragon, it was not big enough. The dragon closed it’s eyes, and flew into the sky. As he did so, the strange feeling fell over the colt. He was burned in various places, most nerves burned off. As the dragon flew higher and higher, his scales, his skin, began to peel away, long tendrils dancing off his skin until all that was left of the dragon was a mass of flying bones and a burnt colt. The colt’s one eye nearly opened as he looked at the dragons face. Seconds before his life was over, he breathed a small wind on the foal. Creasent blue eyes shone in his face as the old dragon’s bones clung to the colt, the rest almost shrinking into his soul. The dragon was no more, and as the colt fell back down to earth, he felt the dragons soul within him, the wings expanding from his sides.

Power
Vexans are born with Dragon souls. That being said, each Vexan is born not only with their armor, but with one unique power. Once they aquire it, no other Vexan can carry the same power.

List of possible known powers: (Powers are always being added as new ones are discovered.) Some powers are quite similar, because some have a wider broad selection then others. For example. One may be blessed with the power of wind. Where another could be blessed with the power to create tornados. The one with wind could still create tornados, among other wind skills. Though the tornado vexan could only just create tornados. Unless joint with the power of other Vexan. (example; Water Vexan & Wind Vexan fighting together, could create endless possibilities in combat. )

All vexan are born with these powers.
Vex: Power to call into the skies, and make their voices heard to whom ever they like, even thousands of miles away.
Dragon Form. Shifts into their dragons.
Blessing of the two hearts:
Vexans are born with one or the other.
Heetra Matrika: The power of the sun. Can receive help from the sun god in when need.
Veethra Haelliae: The power of the Moon. Can receive help from the moon goddess when in need.

Reproduction
Vexans can only reproduce with other Vexans. They tend to stay away from most creatures.
Some powers can be passed down to a unborn foal from the father. How that works is the father gives up his soul and breathes it into the mother. The mother still survives with the baby, while the foal now has his fathers power. If the sire decides not to, he will be born with a different, random power. If it comes to a pause that there are nor more powers or sub powers to be given, the vexan will be born with it’s armor, but without it’s power. Those are call Vox.
