Yoshi!!! I am a huge huge huge fan of yoshi, and even though the game was never that popular, Yoshi Story (for the N64) has always been one of my favorites, simply because it's yoshi, and it's awesome. This fanart is a tribute to that game. If you are familiar with Yoshi's Story then you will hopefully recognize the fruits, hearts, warp pot, egg block, shy guy etc. Which reminds me, the other awesome things about Yoshi's story is that all the baddies are shy guys ^^ And you can get secret white shy guys who go and rescue your dead yoshis! AND you can get black and white yoshis in this game when you find certain black and white yoshi eggs. Im not gonna lie, it's pretty sweet... and now I want to go play it XD
I hope to have a few of these available as prints at the upcoming conventions, hopefully I can scan and get them printed nicely someplace professional... even though I did the best I could trying to get it to look like the original, the original looks 10x better
