Continued from the Good Guys...

"Her name was Nile, I had met her after a very bad scrape with a couple of lava trolls. She had found me resting in the bush, burned and in pain. One touch from her and I was healed. Something about her seemed so familiar, but I guess after a few months in a different plane of reality with all types of beasties, anyone who looks human I guess looks familiar.

I spent a few days with her and asked if I could stay with her. She looked shocked that I was going to give up on my quest to return back to our plane of reality and then she floated above the lake and from the water she drew forth an image of our reality.

She told me she could not tell me if she was showing me the past, present or future, but I could tell who was in the water bubble.

It was Veronica. Partying it up it seemed with her younger brother Emery aka E Voo Doo, the rap sensation. I was furious and for the first time since I knew I had been stranded on this plane, I thought my friend had forgotten about me and just went on with her life. I was pissed.

Then Nile told me that all was not what it appeared to be and for the very reason she had shown me this image is why I should return.

Well I didn't believe her, but you know what? It did convince me to continue my quest, just so I could get back home and kick Veronica's tail from the Bayou to the Bronx.
