As the title says, this looks like an edgy Middle School drawing, or Junior High for anyone else. The idea was he was so unrested that there would be constant bags under his eyes because of the creature that's attached from behind. That's also the source for the unkempt hair. I had this idea years ago and haven't thought about it till now and I figured I'd share it.
