It's been a while since i did a sad drawing, so here's something I thought while listening to a song.

To summarize, Naomi had fallen in love with Tenma, but it was not until he found the love of his life that she moved on once she was rejected. Luckily, Naomi met Cass who seemed to be her destiny. The relationship between her and Tenma remained intact as family / siblings, even after his "death".
