Akane Tendo entró en un hospital para preguntar por un nuevo tratamiento para sus pies, sabía que estaban especializados en un nuevo tratamiento.
Es recibida por la enfermera rubia más sexy del hospital que la lleva a una habitación apartada del hospital y le dice que se relaje y que estará con ella en un momento para realizar el tratamiento en sus hermosos y delicados pies.
Akane está sola en la habitación y mira a su alrededor un poco extrañada, le parece extraño que esté en una habitación tan aislada e insonorizada.
Está sin zapatos porque la enfermera le ha dicho que se los quite y la espere.
De repente la sorprenden con un paño empapado en cloroformo, se agita y golpea las plantas de los pies contra el suelo pero todo es inútil.
Cuando se despierta, se encuentra con las manos atadas a la espalda y una media de nylon maloliente (probablemente de la enfermera) en la boca y otra media atada fuertemente alrededor de la boca.
La enfermera se quita las sandalias de madera y se coloca al lado de la pobre Akane, que a estas alturas no puede hacer nada.
La enfermera le dice que era una trampa y que ella será su nueva paciente, pues el propósito es atraer a las jóvenes para realizar experimentos de cosquillas, para ver cuánto tiempo pueden resistir y hasta que pierdan la cordura por el exceso de cosquillas y risas, cayendo así presas de las sádicas enfermeras.
Las suelas apestosas de Akane son cosquilleadas sin piedad, la enfermera tiene las uñas muy largas y afiladas y esto desgraciadamente no ayuda.
Akane ríe y se ríe de su apretada mordaza, goteando saliva y lágrimas de sus ojos.
La enfermera se ha quitado las sandalias de madera, para estar más cómoda, y podemos admirar sus sensuales pies y piernas.
Akane mira las suelas de la enfermera y le gustaría vengarse haciéndole cosquillas sin piedad.
La enfermera rocía las suelas de Akane con aceite para bebés y empieza a frotar, sin piedad, un gran cepillo para el pelo, volviendo a Akane loca de risa, frotando el cepillo hasta que las suelas de Akane se ponen rojas.
Akane incluso se orina de tanto reír y se desmaya.
Mientras se desmaya, la enfermera huele y besa sus plantas.
¿Será capaz de mantener la cordura y vengarse de la sádica enfermera?

Akane Tendo walked into a hospital to ask about a new treatment for her feet, she knew they specialized in a new treatment.
She is greeted by the hottest blonde nurse in the hospital who takes her to a secluded room in the hospital and tells her to relax and that she will be there shortly to perform the treatment on her beautiful and delicate feet.
Akane is alone in the room and looks around a bit estranged, it seems strange to her that she is in such an isolated and soundproof room.
She is without shoes, since the nurse told her to take them off and wait for her.
Suddenly she is surprised by a cloth soaked in chloroform, she gets agitated and even bangs the soles of her feet on the floor but it is all useless unfortunately.
When she wakes up, she finds herself with her hands tied behind her back and a smelly nylon stocking (probably the nurse's) in her mouth and another stocking tied around her mouth tightly.
The nurse takes off her wooden sandals and positions herself next to poor Akane, who by now can do nothing.
The nurse tells her that it was a trap and that she will be her new patient, the purpose being to lure young girls to conduct tickling experiments, to see how long they can resist and until they lose their sanity from too much tickling and laughing, thus falling prey to the sadistic nurses.
Akane's stinky soles are tickled mercilessly, the nurse has very long sharp nails and this unfortunately doesn't help.
Akane laughs and giggles from her tight gag, leaking saliva and tears from her eyes.
The nurse has taken off her wooden sandals, to be more comfortable, and we can admire her sexy feet and legs.
Akane looks at the nurse's soles and would like to take revenge by tickling her mercilessly.
The nurse sprinkles Akane's soles with baby oil and starts rubbing, mercilessly, a large hairbrush, driving Akane crazy with laughter, rubbing the brush until Akane's soles turn red.
Akane even pees herself from laughing too hard and passes out.
While she is unconscious, the nurse sniffs and kisses her soles.
Will she be able to keep her sanity and get revenge on the sadistic nurse ?
