Seth was Isolated since birth, and ventured out when he was very small, finding himself in the lost forest. From there, he first spotted Elliot create life. However, when he made it back home and tried the same, all he found he could do was kill things with his touch, and reanimate them. But they did not have personality, nor souls like Elliot's did

Seth was born from a human skeleton, and thorny roots of the mother tree; animated by the radioactive gas around his home.

Citizens consist of dead animals and other creatures

To combat threats larger than him, he has a second form as well that can be summoned at will

Smells of dead leaves

He has a garden of toxic and dangerous plants.

He is the enemy, and opposite of Elliot

Doesn't speak much

He believes he is 'saving' things by bringing them back from the dead. Also, things die and decay under each step he takes

Seems to walk about in a daze, running his fingers along things nearby, and you can't normally catch his attention unless you yell, or are directly in front of him
