Ha! Ha! last week my boss was out station for one whole week. Me and my gang did some of our own little animation(we enjoys his absents) and we really have fun seeing our own character coming to life.So here is mine...... and by the way, u may be surprised that Alphaleo's mane was blue..........'What the...since when is my mane blue!' ...........that is why he was 'shock' to see his mane blue........in the more technical term. i had to indivituallized the mane form the rest of the fur to see the mane's animation more clearly. No! this is the only time u see Alphaleo in blue mane!

The mouth kinda slams shut on the last frame of the turn. I think the jaw drop should be held off for four or five frames, so he can take in what he sees and then react.
The drawing and principles are excellent, dont get me wrong. I'm just a whore for the critiquing.

more drawings, and smoothness is also depends on how your first drawing flow to the next one and to the last. example the hair, fur.

i'm using a flash like animation software called toonboom, i can directly draw on the computer. bumpmaps usaully occurs on low ras picture.

You did that in toon boom?! Man I've been trying to figure that program out for a while now and can't seem to get anything to work.
And they say it's the easiest program to use...heck I find flash simpler to use than this Xx

somehow i like toonboom as they can have free hand drawing(tablet) What! i'm earning my salary with toonboom, 8 hours a day on toonboom, flash? still don't know how to use it.

I don't think you need any critiqiung on this :3 it's good the way it is. But I would like some critiquing on my animations. So far I only have two and they are uber crappy lol. Been teaching myself for about 2 days now, but I would really like it if you would stop by and give me some tips.
