Dominique rushed over to the fallen mouse and knelt down by his side. "What on earth, are these shackles built onto his wrists?! Who the hell designed this?!" Dominique exclaimed, digging the tools out of his medical bag and instantly getting to work trying to fix the damage while Damien flinched nervously. "It's no wonder he struggles to fulfill orders... All these wires sticking out, and these parts are so old and rusty and-- good god, the bolts are just screwed right into the bone! How could you let your own servant fall into such a state?!"
"He is a slave," Fane corrected.
Dominique's ears lowered as he glared up at the Count. "Slave or not, he needs to be taken proper care of."
A devious smile spread across Fane's face. "Well that's what you're here for, isn't it?"

Sorry, got this little scene in my head and couldn't get rid of it, so ta-da! Just some Steampunk Damien and Dominique. I love these guys so much

And holy crap I drew a background! Not a good one but at least I tried! The fireplace is especially atrocious
