Bastial looking up at Ray and his dragon Nidhug up on the mountain. He's building up his own powers, ready to defend his kingdom... yet he holds it back, not wanting to hurt Ray. I drew him with his mouth open because I was picturing him appealing to Ray one last time, shouting something like "Ray! Ray, don't do this! Don't shut me out anymore... Please come home..."
First time drawing a mammoth... wish he had turned out better I'm really happy Bastial's coat turned out ok, I was really worried about how to make those snowflake designs.
