I sketched this a few months ago, but only just finished it a couple weeks ago for a prompt in a Discord group I'm in (the prompt was "rain" themed). I was originally going to draw Big Ben in the background because I imagined Basil has some melancholy thoughts about Ratigan's death when he passes by it, but Big Ben ended up being so difficult to draw that I just left it out completely to focus on Basil's expression
