Hey you!
At first I would like to say that this picture is really georgeus! The bright background emphasizes the woman really well, the position fits the picture also in a good way. One critique point are the eyes, they look good but not very natural/ a bit synthetic[Or maybe you like to have such effect?] and I would not add so much shine in the necklace, in cause that this distracts the view [The view is not fixed at her eyes anymore]
You lost a star in Orginality in cause that the combination of raven-evil-sacral places is used very often. But I have to say that the Impact and Technique is well done, the dispensation of the picture elements is great!I also have to say that the fire at her hands is well added.
Or short: Stereotype elements, but good combined!

I click on "Fair" but I have some clarifications.
For the eyes, it's true that I wanted an effect that is not necessarily natural, if you enlarge the picture, you can see small flames coming out. I made several try playing with the blur effect but I didn't see much that it was little flames. This is the best setting for me. 
In terms of originality, in fact, the raven is widely used, but it's the bird whose name derived from the Latin corvus meaning the curse. I wanted represented a horde of crows behind the devil, and follows her to create an effect nouvement.
That's the short explanation.

Critique- Can't get it to work!
- Its a good and fine picture - it does what it sets out to do, I presume. It has plenty of impact and I can't see anything that is definitely technically wrong with it. I see it differently to Medusa-chii on originality- Its called Devil's Face, but uses a woman, which is not the most common gender depiction for the devil. Also, the birds are not Ravens, they are Jackdaws, which to my knowledge are not the typical corvine to choose. Interestingly, since jackdaws, along with magpies, but not ravens steal shiny things from us, they might be a better choice for an "evil" bird anyway.
I am interested in your choice of bright, dazzling background, again not the standard dark/black/shadey images one associates with the devil. It gives you this great contrast with her raven hair etc, but also calls to mind that idea of Satan being Lucifer, the bright one, a former angel. I understand Medusa's concern about the eyes, but you really have to do what you have done- its the red eyes that make her the Devil more than anything else and being so they must stand out brightly, which will have that unatural effect. This brings me to consider the pendant- no, its not in danger of upstaging those eyes IMO!
I like the flaming hands. I was going to say that they are not bold and prominant enough, but then, no- I think the best pictures have things to take in as you study them. I am intrigued by the pose of holding her dress on both sides, as if she were raising it stepping over something. I feel this picture has a story to tell and I hope somebody decides to tell it.
