His tinpet is destroyed, his medal disconnected, no ID, no password, no friend recognition can get it to open. The lock is shut and destroyed. There is absolutely no way to open it, not without special equipment.
And no, she can't use the blade.
Also the medaforce doesn't work on destroyed things, or else Hummer would have healed while surfacing.
