Clear Smog, a name that's not so easy to add "-er" at the end of... But never mind grammatical technicalities! This is Seadra using Clear Smog, my third and final submission for game-art-hq.deviantart.com/ Seadra is another one of my all time Kanto favourites. Probably even my favourite water type from Gen1. Sorry Vaporeon you're cool too I guess.

I originally planned on doing something similar to the style of the two others, but it became clearer and clearer (no pun intended) that I didn't really have that much time to spare >O>; I like this a lot too though! I don't get to do these toon'ish styles that often and it's really fun and relaxing, so I'm glad I ended up going this route >w> I'm well satisfied. Hope you guys enjoy it too.
