Description This one's for

Gobi's like the Eeyore of Banjo-Kazooie. "I'm sorry if I intruded on your colorful lighthearted platforming. I wouldn't want to ruin your fun. Don't steal my water. Please go away." Except he has a mean streak.

The Ancient One came out looking like Courage the Cowardly Dog, or Peter Puppy (major points if you know what I'm talking about on that last one).

Hmm, never looked at it that way. The hat is just the top of the basket on his head. And Rattly from DKC2 has pretty much the same goofy expression, with the prominent teeth, so I think it's just how Rare styles snakes when they're not meant to be threatening. I guess you never know with Rare though, but I don't think they meant that one.

True, they have so many awesome themed levels! They managed to lift it above the stereotypical grass, snow, water, desert things. They even did it in N&B - no one else would have dared to think about something like the Terrarium.
Can't wait for them to make another leveled game again...

Actually, my favorite here is Histup. He appears, how would I put it, perky. It really does look cute.

Yeah, now they're just like "Whatever, idiot." I dunno about you, but I never sought out the boots unless I absolutely needed them, I just jumped through the sand and swamp/cold water and got hurt and dealt with it XD

I would guess so. I'm glad that in the Banjo world, they keep random little critters for pets, instead of it being one of those bizarro-worlds where anthros keep non-anthro animals, like Mickey Mouse and Pluto, or Rocko and Spunky. I mean, that always freaked me out.
