Blue black because he is an intelligence specialist that does what is needed to save the world even if it goes against certain moral ambuigities. Static abilities as a soldier. First and second ability is related to Nick fury’s ability to use intelligence gained by shield to further it’s goals. Last ability is whether or not Fury uses it harness against the foes of S.H.I.E.L.D. or further it’s research.
