All of Fury's abilities are pretty straight forward so I don't feel the need to explain anything.

Nah, judging by The Avengers movie, even Fury will say screw you to his bosses if he thinks what they're planning is completely illogical and impractical and plus, unlike Suzaku, Fury is not delusional in what he's doing.
As for Fury himself, if he were to meet Lelouch, I think the two would get along just fine and besides, I think Lelouch is more worthy to being Fury's right hand man than Suzaku due to how similar they really are.
