Description
Well, I finally got to redesigning Lucifer. After seeing Urban Jungle, I've decided to make Lucifer a much more icier looking individual. I've made some major changes to his outfit and also lengthened his hair too. Not to mention that I wanted to try to practice drawing a different type of hair style for a character. Finally, since alot of people liked him better with his hair left down, I did just that too. ^^

Another note: He is suppose to be based off of Vergil/Nelo Angelo from Devil May Cry.

History: Born in the Ghost Zone with his twin sister, Lilith M. Fenton, Lucifer is also one of the eldest out of the Mclaine Fenton bloodline. He is also the most intelligent, calm, and often the most icier of Ember's children and like his sister, Danny and Ember told him nothing of Clockwork and Dan Phantom.

During his childhood years, he had became protective of his sister due to the continous bullying they had gone through and would often inflict pain on anyone who would try and hurt anyone in his family, even if they were human. He had then shown his first display of developing ghost power when a few children were bullying Lilith, he converted all of his anger into a combination of hellfire and ice, nearly killing the student, but he immediately snapped out of it when he saw the pain he had caused and immediately felt regret for what he had done.

No sooner, after they were removed from the school in the human world due to the cruel and often brutal harrassment they had both gone through, both Lilith and Lucifer were required to attend Little Spooks Elementary, where both his sister and him had first met Roxanne 13 and Darius Masters. In that school, he had learned about the history of the Ghost Zone at an alarming rate Roxanne immediately took interest in Lucifer and had a crush on him until later on during their high school years.

At the age of ten, Lucifer, Lilith, and Roxanne had entered Pariah's Keep on Halloween night when Danny was being promoted to president of the Ghost Council. It was then that they had discovered the Soul Shredder (along with the Remembrance Scythe, which was impaled in the Nimue statue) imprisoned in the very same pumpkin prison that their father had first encountered the Fright Knight in. Being drawn in by the Soul Shredder's dark presence, he had inadvertently awakened the Fright Knight.

The Fright Knight had been reawakened and his first instinct was to kill both Lilith and Lucifer while he was under the dark influence of the demon Abel. Fright Knight ordered Lucifer to return the Soul Shredder, but like father, like son, Lucifer refused. An enraged Fright Knight then placed the Contract of the Knight family onto Lucifer, resulting in him having a pitchfork marking under his right eye and the same three line markings that Lilith had received under his left eye.

No sooner did Fright Knight, after remembering a few words from Dorathea, he had freed himself of and killed Abel, signifying his loyalty to the new Fenton family after he had redeemed himself.

As time went by, both Lucifer and Xavier Fright Knight shared a father/son type of relationship since Danny was hardly ever around to spend time with Lucifer, often teaching him whatever knowledge he knew. During their time, Lucifer had focused on perfecting his ghost powers, hoping to be greater than that of even Dan Phantom himself, whom he still had no knowledge of.

He would soon meet a ghost from an alternate timeline known as DJ Phantom, who was the son of Dan Phantom and Ember Mclaine and technically, his brother, who happened to be the wielder of the Shadow Chaos Sword. He had also met with and would eventually fall in love with a ghost named Techna Skulktech, a beautiful woman who was the daughter of Skulktech and Penelope Spectra.

Powers and abilities:

Lucifer possesss a majority of his parents' powers and abilities, though his own abilities mainly focus more around the elements of fire and ice. However, he has also learned many other different abilities from his studies of different types of magic as well. His power is also at a higher strength after obtaining the power of the Soul Shredder and the Fright Knight. On Halloween night though, it is said that his power, when fused with Xavier, is even more destructive. Like Lilith, he also has a ghostly wail and a ghost eater ability.

Flame Breaker: Creates a powerful explosion of blue flame that can cause a widespread ruin simply by snapping his fingers

Doom Rift: Summons a black and blue guitar and with one strum of a cord, he can emit a powerful frozen barrage of skulls down upon his enemies

Thousand Swords: Creates several ectoplasmic swords which he can use as projectiles. He can also convert them into hellfire or ice.

Nightmare's Shadow: Transforms Xavier's horse, Nightmare, into a dark shadow, which he can use to devour his enemies

Dragon Of The Fright Knight: Summons a black dragon familiar to destroy anything in his path He can also transform the familiar into a barrier to deflect attacks.

Subzero Flame: Emits a powerful blast of energy, which freezes his opponents in a liquid nitrogen energy immediately upon touching it.

Isolated Silence: His most powerful attack, He uses the dark energy in his body to emit powerful dark orbs which trap his enemies and slashes them apart with the Soul Shredder. Finally, he places the Soul Shredder into the ground, causing his enemies who have been affected by the attack to shatter into pieces like shards of ice, which turn into ash immediately upon touching the ground.

Forms:

Phantom Knight Form: Lucifer's ultimate ghost form. He can either change into this form at will or by fusing his power with that of the Fright Knight. A very powerful form, but this form weakens him physically.

Facts:

1. Like Lilith, he first meets DJ during the events of Rise Of The Emperors, but he also meets Techna during those events as well.

2. He is suppose to be based off of Vergil/Nelo Angelo from Devil May Cry.

3. Lucifer is one of the few male ghosts of the Mclaine bloodline who does not completely focus on a music career like his brothers.

4. Like Vergil, Lucifer is able to use swords as projectiles and is able to use the art of iaido, a Japanese martial art that Vergil used, which is associated with smooth, controlled movements of drawing a sword from its scabbard or saya, then striking (or cutting) an opponent and removing the blood from the sword's blade and then replacing it in said scabbard.

5. His name is a Latin word, which translates to "Light Bearer" (from lux, "light" and ferre, meaning to "to bear or bring), which seems to match his protective attitude of his sister and his other family members, including his future daughters.

6. He is a solitary practitioner of the wiccan faith at times, but sometimes practices with a group.

7. He has met one of the sages, Anastasia, the fire sage.
