So I'm a big dummy and didnt look closely enough at the amount of beans I had for those that seen her new update, so I'm using these next few polished pieces to catch up on beans before egg time 👀

Pen took her pet Lesbean on a trip to the beach to watch the sun rise like she normally does on most days. She stretched out on the sand, her mancake plopping down beside her to feel the warmth of the sand against its stomach. It was nice sharing little moments like this with her little companion, it made things feel alot less lonely for her. Both relaxed and enjoyed the quiet time they often spend together.

At one point Pen noticed a disturbance in the water, something was gradually moving towards them. She could see a black mass within the water getting closer as it moves to shore. On edge she moves back alittle, fearing it could be the creature many other staxies have spoken about in recent events.

To her surprise a dark and very long staxie emerged from the water, his dark eyes locking with her bright ones in the brief moment of confusion. He shook his neck and flicked his ears trying to get as dry as he could before he spoke.

"Sorry Miss, if you have a moment I have a favor to ask." He stated. Pen tilted her head looking at him curiously, when he wasn't given much of a response he cleared his throat and continued. "I'm looking for some assistance with cleaning up some trash in the waters here, some careless staxies have left alot of litter on the beach and now is been left to drift in the water." He sighed and tapped his hoofs in the sand "I also lack thumbs to be able to pick them up with ease.." His gazes downward, embarrassed.

Pen turned to Lesbean who looked excited to help before smiling and nodded at Bastion when he looks at her again. He smiled in return.

"Great! I'm Bastion, what do they call you?" He asked. She was silent as if she was wanting to speak but ultimately decided to just spell her name out in the sand. He looked down at it before he gave a nod, seeming to understand that she didn't speak and turned around. "Follow me I'll lead the way."

The two of them swam through the ocean, Lesbean following close behind. Eventually they found the area Bastion was talking about and started to clean up. Luckily there was plastic bags which helped make it easier for Pen to grab trash and for Bastion to catch them in the bag. Lesbean also did its best to grab and carry any trash it saw.

Pen rather enjoyed helping Bastion clean the ocean and by the time they were done they had returned to shore to throw it away properly.
