And fall she did, plummitng from the cliff she was pushed off of. She had no control, her wings were not big enough to even stable her enough to land.

Melody's back was caught by a massive leaf, breaking her fall slightly til it snapped off, causing gravity to yank her down again. Her back hit some branches, flipped, smacked her head against a thicker branch, making her head bleed just below her her horn. Sticks felt like little blades as her body whipped past, getting slightly cut by them.

She flipped one last time, her necklace got hooked and slipped off her head as one side of her wing snacked hard against a branch, making it snap in a very odd position, causing a surge of pain to wash over her, more than she already felt, before she hit the ground with a heavy thud.

Pain was all she was comprehending, she whimpered and whined, trying to move but every muscle refused, her eyes could hardly see properly as her vision began to fade. Bruises would start to form all over her aching body. The last thing she knew was a horrible ringing sound that drowned everything out til her head went back down to the ground.

And fell unconcious as night fell over the Islands.
