After their 10 round war of attrition ended in a draw, Gil and Dan hugged and complimented each other on their skill and insane fortitude. After getting cleaned up and patched up; idle conversation (including some minor discussion of religion and boxing) between them lead to Gil inviting Dan to hang out at her place the next day.

The two still-bandaged young warriors quickly started forming a bit of a lil brother big sister relationship. Gil was impressed with Dan's strength despite being a few years younger than her. They watched anime, played some video games, then talked boxing and their bout until that topic brought up the fact that they "needed a tiebreaker" as Gil put it. Dan agreed heartily but wanted to make sure that tiebreaker did NOT involve striking, so they settled on a quick grappling match.

Of course this match wasn't so quick and devolved into nearly an hour of playful rolling around and half-hearted verbal jabs. In the end Gil's determination won out, eventually wearing the monk down so she could assert dominance without wounding his pride too much.
Yes, when Gil says that last "eh?" she is nearly perfectly impersonating Dan's (usually suppressed) Canadian accent which earned a sloppy chuckle from him before he accepted defeat.

So the result of Dan vs Gil is official now: Gil WINS in sudden-wrestling overtime!! XD
