Description
This is a painting I did for the electronic music group, Easily Embarrassed, for their upcoming release. The release will feature 3 discs, each themed to a particular musical genre. The image is designed to be split up into three separate square images, which will be used for each one of the three CD's. The idea, of course, is to have the three CD's create one large image when lined up together correctly.Hope you like it!

Congrats on the DD! I really enjoy the gradual change in perspective, really emphasies the scale of the painting. And the wonderfully colorful architecture is a welcome plus!
How did you decide on the symbols on the neon signs? Is from an existing language (pardon me if I sound ignorant) or did you make them up?

This looks really good, just the idea of completing the picture with CDs make me instinctively want them.
CD 1 and 2 look really well cropped, maybe CD 3 lacks some sort of point of interest. Not that this is a problem in the end, since the typography will be the focus and it's got a lot of details to look at.
Man, if you ever put your hands at a physical copy of those, be sure to take a picture! Beautiful work.

This is by far the best piece you have in your gallery. Great work on the coloring / depth / perspective and styling. Remins me a little of the Skydoll comics by Barbucci and Canepa.
