Description
Samus finally awoke to find herself trapped inside an forcefield cage. It took her a few minutes to come around fully but when she did she found out she was a prisoner and had no means of escape.

Slight panic set in as she tried to push on the cage but it was no use.

"Welcome back Samus Aran" said a voice through a speaker.

"Who is this? why have you done this to me? you will answer for this crime!" Samus replied still confussed by her ordeal.

"My name is General Chang and I have come for you...personally" Chang spoke in a cold disturbing tone, obviously finding pleasure at Samus's peril.

"Chang? ive never heard of you...what do you want with me?" Samus began to calm down, realising that the blank wall infront of her was infact a faulse wall and Chang was watching her every move.

"You've not heard of me...YET. for you see i come from another place altogether, a place you refer too as the future" Chang explained.

"The Future? thats impossible...you're lying!" Samus quickly replied

"Many years from now my race will seek to destroy the human race, ultimatly we shall fail and that will be because of you Samus Aran." Chang continued

"Many years after my people would speak of the "Great" Samus Aran and how we were beaten by her. A tale that would grab me as a youngling and begin a life's work that would lead to this moment right here" Chang said as Samus began to listen rather than struggle agaisnt the cage.

"So...if all this is true, you're here to kill me, thus preventing your people's demise?" Samus asked with a tone of fear in her voice.

"No Samus, i dont want you dead...I General Chang, The Champion of the Four Combats of the Tristar Moon's with too prove that I am BETTER THAN YOU"

Chang's words shook Samus.

"You travelled across time not to make sure your people win a war that hasnt happened yet...but to feed your ego?" Samus asked, as she couldnt believe what she was hearing.

"Oh no, not just my ego. YOU are regarded as the greatest warrior of all time by some people. I am regarded as the greatest by my race...not only will i prove i am better than you, i will change history in the process" Chang paused as Samus's expression turned into one of puzzlement.

"You see, me being here, travelling back in time has created an alternate timeline. nothing will be the same. First i shall prove that i am the greater warrior, then make sure the war never happens, saving countless lives." Chang explained mush to Samus's futher confussion.

"So you've come back to stop a war...and beat me?" Samus asked. "I must admit your methods are alittle strange but you're not the bad guy i thought you were."

"You must be wondering what i have install for you after all of this..." Chang asked.

"The thought had crossed my mind" Samus smirked back, still furious that she was being held in as a prisoner.

"Being as i now have you secure aboard my ship, you will be released soon to face some...tasks i have set you." Chang's tone turned more sinister as he went on.

"If you fail to escape this ship before we reach our next destination then you will be held my prisoner for the rest of your life...The greastest warrior as my personal pet, NO-ONE will stand agaisnt me as i return and overthrow the high council and prevent the great war"
