Samus took the controls as Kenshi stood back."I'll set a course for the planet i was on when i was originally attacked and captured by Chang" Samus explained
"My Ship is probably still there, thats if Chang didnt destroy it...then I'll have to find him and get some payback" Samus continued.
But while taking the controls she didnt notice that the Commando was floating about the floor and turning blue.
Samus then noticed the blue tint the the window's reflection in the corner of her eye.
"Kenshi...what's going on back there?" Samus asked as the Commando was taken over by a blue light.
Still Samus didnt turn around thinking it wasnt anything to be worried about.
"Kenshi...what's that light? you're quiet all of a sudden...Kenshi" Samus asked again.
"Oh I'm afraid Kenshi isnt here any longer Sammy"
Samus paused, stunned by the voice she heard speak back to her...it was Gandrayda.

The transformative effect you've got going is simply badass. Well done. The lighting continues to aid in the story, as does your impressive use of Samus' expressions to convey her slow realization of the danger she's in.
She just can't seem to catch a break in this story, which I'm enjoying quite a lot.
