I've been waiting to get this one up, but I've been busy.
Anyway, if this picture seems familiar to you, well, good. I drew it based off a Pokemon card I have and I was really bored during on of my computer scans, so I drew it and colored it in. I like doing random Pokemon. XD It's all done in colored pencil, and since my scanner kinda of screwed it over, I also used Paint Shop Pro 9 just to clean it up and add the border (that I'm now obsessed with O_O).

Thank you! ^^ It takes a very long time because I don't like the sandy look to regular color pencil. XD; So ya have to press down really hard and use white to mix it all in.
