I like the coloring of this a lot; the style itself is not something I usually appreciate, but there can be exceptions. It is quite well-exectured, although I believe some of the folds do not fit completely in the perspective. There could also be a bit more volume around the leg area, since it's normal for cloth to descend there due to gravity.
Either way, I love her expression and, as said, the coloring both her and background
