Description
Another birthstone Keyblade. This time the Ruby. It was requested by for his girlfriend . So now I am definitely doing a birthstone keyblade series because there is no way I can do 3 and not do the other 9.
My friend says this one reminds her of Anastasia, go figure. 
Used Prisma Colors.

XP I don't care much for Bejeweled twist, but I love the original bejeweled.

I tried a trial version of bejeweled twist, but I didn't use up all the trial time. I didn't care much for the spin shifting and I liked the challenged the limitations in the original gave me.

The shading on this Keyblade is nice! It looks like it's real gold. Favorite color is red, so I'm like X3 about this. These Keyblades sound like they can do a lot of damage, but I see this one as a token of love. ^-^

o.o very nice, how did you get the the coloring/shadeing like that? I'm a keyblade drawer myself(check me out if you ever get the chance) i been trying to get keyblade coloring just like that

I do layering. I have a base color of pale yellow which I then put a light shading of orange over and then a nice dark final of yellow. as for the red rubies it was essentially the same thing but with three shades of red and a light pink. I added white afterwards for the shine. I am only able to do the white effect with the prisma colors because I can't get it to work with the crayola pencils at all, so I usually have to plan ahead where the shine will be and then be very careful.
My mixing of colors is kind of essential for me since I only have 24 to work with, but on the weekends I get to borrow my friends Prisma colors and she has like 150 different colors and shades

Blue?! Wow, that's interesting. Shading isn't my best thing, so I really on Photoshop for that. But you have a remarkable gift for that though. It's admirable. ^-^

ahh i see, thanks, i been trying how to color them correcty, cus there are no art store where i live, so i have to use those 12 color crayola pencils :\
