Description I guess this could be my 2nd entry for the summer contest at if I'm still on time.

Oz with Gil and Ada on a wheat field. I tried to make them look a bit younger. I love happy Oz more than angsty Oz, though Oz tends to seem the happiest when he's actually trying to hide something, lol. Gil is embarrassed and Ada is just happy.
Why yes, this was inspired by Caucus Race.

So... much... yellow...

Aaw, good old times I miss them, when everything seemed right and nobody tried to killed anybody (except Oz's father... he's an ass anytime of the story). This trio was the cutest in the world (somehow Gil looks weird... like a little older than he should be...)

I agree, though it's definitely more interesting with everybody trying to kill or protect somebody... 8)
(Apparently, I'm not so good at drawing teen Gil. I love drawing him as an adult and as a little midget kid, but teenage Gil is the hardest for me for some reason. )

Aww, Ada. The round frame is lovely; very old-fashioned, like a Victorian portrait. It contrasts nicely with the vivid colors. I wanna eat it!

Ahh the colors! I think this is gonna be one of my favorites - this is just so cute and bright. Reminds me of those "little Ed/Al/Winry" pictures by Arakawa. The light spots also give it this sorta surreal look...like a Hayao Miyazaki film or something. Great work. ^_^

Aww, thank you so much! Haha! They are somewhat similar. Every single epic tragic story starts with 2 boys and 1 girl. This pic was inspired by a dream/flashback scene from one of the PH novels and I wanted to give it sort of a "dreamy" look. Thanks!

O.O this looks like a cover of a doujin, so beautiful!!

I remeber I saw PH without any references I just watched it because I liked that hot black-haired guy on the cover(Gil). this art brings me back to the first episode of PH, the characters were so pretty and art so lovely then suddenly the violence, and the killing, seriously... I love Pandora

Haha! I didn't know anything about it either, I watched it because I'm a fan of the composer who did the music for the anime. XDD The characters were so adorable and then it turned all mysterious and dark and then I got addicted to the manga even before the big mindfucks started. This story is such a perfect mixture of cute funny stuff and mystery and insanity and violence! But yeah, this pic reminds me of the first episode too.

Gil is such a cutie, I love to draw him.
You know, I couldn't draw small cutesy manga characters (especially kids) to save my life before. Pandora Hearts made me learn how to draw them properly.

Really? Maybe my style changed again. But I'm glad you like it. Thank you very much! Though the main reason it's oval-shaped is that I was in a hurry and I could allow myself to draw less of the background this way... XD;;;
