Just a quick thing I started doodling almost unconsciously while waiting for something. Pre-Sablier Gilbert and Vincent. They are either giving a present to someone or just received it from someone, I'm not sure. 8DI made them EXTRA CHIBI this time, haha! This is probably the cutest Vincent I have ever drawn.
I hate kids and cutesy manga characters. What has PH done to meee...?
... I still fangirl these two SO HARD.
Anyway, hope you guys had a pleasant Christmas, Hanuka or whatever you celebrate or don't celebrate and even if you didn't, I hope you have a better new year!

Do you make your own backgrounds, or are they preset ones you find?

The background texture belongs to the person I credited in the description. I just edit the textures a bit to match my pics better.

Okay, that makes sense. I've been struggling with whether I should be making my own backgrounds, or using premade ones, so I decided to see what some of the better artists do before making my decision

Well, I use free textures, brushes and gradients when I'm too lazy to paint a background myself, but when I do a bigger pic, I tend to use Photoshop to paint something there. 8D

I wish I had something fancy like Photoshop. I have to draw all of my backgrounds myself =_= (Which is why I started just using free backgrounds off the net)
