Another Pas de Deux with ~The-Sirene ! I think the theme speaks for itself, but it was a lot of fun. The Hunger Games is one of my favorite book series, and bringing it to life in this form was awesome. Thanks again for another successful PDD!

Now, symbolism, symbolism, symbolism!
Can you guess the meaning behind the flames, diamond stirrups, and red cloth? There was a lot of thought put into this, thanks especially to The-Sirene!

Carson was tightening Lucky's saddle, finishing getting the mare tacked up and ready for the show. The faint clicking of horseshoes tapping on the brick floor had finally gotten closer. Turning around, Carson's attention was immediately directed to the long, dark braid of the woman leading the horse. "Katniss," he said, looking at the both of them. "Peeta," Yin said in return.

He looked up at Thor, standing as proud as ever. "You both are ready?" Yin smiled, "of course, everything is set like it should be. Seems like you two are good to go, too." Carson brought Lucky's reins around her neck and to the saddle. Yin saw this as a 'go' symbol, and mounted Thor. Walking side by side, Lucky, then Thor, gave out a loud neigh, making their riders just laugh before more neighs came from the other horses.

The spotlight lighted their path from the entrance of the arena to the center, where the two walked in complete synchronization. Thor and Lucky stood patiently waiting for the music to begin after the announcer introduced them. Carson and Yin then turned to each other and whispered, "let the games begin."
