OH HEY ANOTHER BASE.A base with hand signs for activating whatever super-awesome jutsu your OC has~.
RULES:
- You don't have to ask to use.
- Credit me for the original base in your description if you use.
- Put a link with your result in the comments for me to see!
- Change gender, eye color, skin color, etc.
- Frankendolling is fine with me, but make sure it's also approved by the other base artist(s) as well.
