Description

After watching this I got inspired to draw Nessi in the old school cartoon style. I used Mona Lisa as a ref (or tried since there wasn't any good ones I could find) to get her right and even gave her webbed fingers like her. And yes in this version she has four fingers instead of three like in some of her other versions. It'll also probably be one of the few, if only, versions that doesn't have her with her usual bushy eyebrowsXD

I don't know much about the 80s cartoon, other then what I saw of them in the Turtles Forever movie. Which I have heard isn't excitedly right? I don't know, I thought it was from the little I know about it cause I always thought they were suppose to be really corny and cheesy like the movie showed but I also saw a lot of comments saying the movie made a joke of the 80s turtles. The point is, I don't know much about this version so I don't want to say much about Nessi's backstory or how she got mutated. Maybe someone that actually knows what they're talking about could help me with that? I don't knowXD I do think that out of the different versions of Nessi, this one would probably be the most timid of the bunch.
