A little pic of Thane Krios with his family!I've been wanting to draw Irikah for a while now, but I finally decided to give it a go. I know the popular color for her seems to be purple but everyone that I showed my version told me they liked the blue better. Plus Kolyat is turquoise and if Drell skin color works like humans, it only makes sense she'd be blue.
I gave her loose fitting clothes but tried my best to keep the same pattern that Thane and Kolyat's clothes have.
Kolyat so DOES NOT want to be there. Have I mentioned I LOVE drawing coloring Kolyat!

OK, I must tell you something... Human's skin colours don't mixed! When two people have a child, he has, for example; the same skin colour has the mother, the eyes like the father, the hair like the grandma... but never mixed!!!
I don't know if Drell's genetic works as humans does, so maybe you're right in this case

It was either blue or purple and I thought blue worked better and I'm no geneticist so I thought if she had blue skin it would make sense for Kolyat's pretty skin. If Bioware thought that far ahead into the genetics of drell then...wow just wow.

I think that bioware based drell's genetics are as reptile's genetics. maybe I'll investigate it later.

Pretty ^^o I do wish that BioWare did give us some pics of certain cannon characters. I'd like to know what a female Krogan looked like, I wish they'd show Garrus' family, I'd like to see what Qurians really look like, and I would've loved to see Irikah.

Blue skin makes perfect sense to me. Kolyat's definite blue hue must come from somewhere! Lovely "sunset-coloured eyes..." Cute! Love Kolyat's attitude!

I always see Irikah with yellow skin.
However, I do like blue better. Very cute <3
