That dress flowing looks really good! Only now do I realise Photo Finish is blue, in the episode she's constantly covered in dress and glasses

Great job! I have 2 questions, though: First, how did you shade the white stripe on the bottom of her dress? Just using a lot of steps or is it broken up into multiple objects? (I'd check but I won't have access to my computer for a while
