Lt. Commander Kor Tesran, Chief of Engineering and Head Architect of The Vigilant. Played by Raniall on the TOR forums. Done as a gift for him and all the hard work he's put into the Vigilant RP these past few weeks (and steadily turning into "months!")

Kor designed The Vigilant, responsible for many of it's key features, as well as personally seeing to it's impressively efficient methods of operation. Upon the ship's completion, he was asked by Captain Stark to serve as the ship's chief engineer, stating that his remarkable service record was merely icing on the cake to the idea of having the man who built the ship work as it's primary component for keeping it running at it's peak.
