There is a wonderful sacred combination in this painting of strength & gentleness ~ you always get the dance just right, Kim! I have absolutely no doubt that this deck is being channelled ~ there is just too much sacred beauty & power in each painting for it not to be! I love the spiral & the standing stones. (You are so going to be commissioned to do the cover of a book I'm writing)! To me, the marks on the trees represent the imperfections we each have that vanish when we connect to our Higher Selves. It's vital to show gratitude, not only for what we have had, and do have, but for what is still to come. I think this painting is also a gentle reminder for each one of us to have a personal sacred space, whether it be somewhere in our garden (if we're lucky enough to have one) or in a corner of a room in our home ... somewhere to pray for healing of our beloved Mother Earth & also somewhere to say prayers of gratitude. I know from personal experience that the more gratitude one can show when we hit a pothole in life, the sooner the road ahead becomes smooth again. And thank Spirit for the small things too, not just the bigger blessings.
I am grateful for all your beautiful artwork, Kim, that lights up my life with its inherent wisdom & soulfulness.

Incredibly beautiful, Kim.
And the place reminds me of one I know - well hidden in the Yorkshire Dales.
