thats wrong what you are saying. these works should be like "lessons" for you. not even to say inspirations, goals, but you can learn how did these ppl got there where they are. by watching their tools, materials, reference photos and thinking why do i not use the same tools if it can be helpful for me, you will eventually get there one day (:

Oh I know that, but still, I know my limitations and I know I can't ever be *that* good. I can be better though. In fact, I am better than I was when I started.
I'm better because I do study other people's work. I just need to develop confidence in my own style. Am I making sense?
