Gorgeous work! I think the only thing I'd do to it would be to add a little more contrast to the bridge of his nose-- it looks like there's a little too much space between his nose & his eyes...

I'm gonna have to vote for teh "love" side of the debate. :3 Very nice.

Only thing missing is the little triangle-thingy on his headband. But it looks okey without it.

Hmm... I haven't really seen enough of your other style to say...
But what did strike me first were the word "omg, his hair is freakishly cool".
Is his left shoulder off? Meh... sweet um... painting? though.... (not familiar with India ink). ^_^;

He's only a little bit too thin - his shoulders are really, really nice ^__^ You just needed to add more to his ribcage.

o.O You may want to fatten him up a bit, his abdomen is way too thin in comparison to the width of his shoulders. Don't want him to go all anorexic on us Otherwise, not bad at all. Quite the lovely piece of work actually

Ahhh...there's not enough fanart of Envy. Good job, although it looks like there's too much space from the bottom of the nose to the eyes. Otherwise it looks great.
