Those eyes. Damn, the feels. This is sexy and kind of sad at the same time, but I do get hyped up when I see it. And you think it's messy? NO! I love it. The shading and effects and sketching and everything. You have such skill. And for some reason this also delivers emotion. Stunning...just...amazing.

This is fantastic - the blotchiness of the colouring gives it a sort of noir-ish feel, which I think really works. Only one minor complaint - Roach is British, not American.

Actually, about Roaches nationality; where in the game do we see it? I've read fanfiction in which he's American, British, or neither and it's one of those perplexing mysteries that keep me up at night lol (I don't mean to be a troll or anything @__@)

If you noclip in the Coup De Grace "cutscene" of Loose Ends, you can see that one of his arms bears a British flag patch, lending credence to the theory that he's British. It makes sense, too - he's Soap's spiritual successor from COD4, and if you notice how characters who succeed one another seem to have the same nationalities (TF141/SAS, Rangers/Force Recon, Soap/Roach, Gaz/Ghost, Dunn/Jackson, Foley/Vasquez, Ramirez/Jackson or possibly Allen/Jackson), so it makes sense that Roach, like Soap, would be British. Added to which the SAS are renowned as being the world's premier (that is, the most experienced) Special Forces Regiment and their operatives have a reputation for toughness, which is what Roach is - hard to kill.
