Let's clear some things out, ok?
1.The work is copied. Maybe not 100%, but 70% for sure. But that's not the thing that botters me.
The thing that botters me, is that you wrote that your inspiration was someone else's work (=lady-symphonia ), when the original "inspiration" was =Skategirl . Understood?
So take a deep breath, and relax. No one cares if you're pissed of or not.

2. I'm so... "doh...unfair"? Why? Just because I have the balls to stand out of the crowd and tell you that what you did was wrong? Like come one. To make this fair, imagine you have a work, something yours, a work on which you've worked your ass out, just make it look as good as possible, and then a few weeks or months later, you see a work that looks more then 50% like yours. Don't you feel hurt?
That is unfair.

3. I copy?
You know they used to say: "The best way to defend yourself, is to attack the person".
So I'm sorry girl, but I really don't care nor need to stand what you're saying.
This is what kids do: point out that a person is doing the same mistake that they're doing. Even though that's not true, in most of the times. Is just a way of avoiding the circumstances and the responsability of the accusation.
And don't try to tell me that I'm not right, because I work with people like you everyday
